September is full of entrepreneurial activities and events!  We’ll jump from our youth business competition awards straight into Denver Startup Week.  There are two fantastic events that are kid-friendly and bound to draw big crowds.  Join us for one or both, but be sure to sign up because these events are popular and will book up quickly.

Competitive Idea Lab

Tuesday, September 17, 2013
6:00pm to 8:00pm at Convercent

Jump in with team members of all ages as you solve a business problem on the spot, using only the materials given to you. A bit like Iron Chef America meets a tinkering session, adults and youth can brainstorm ideas to solve a business problem, crafting a solution with the few tools and items available around the room. A panel of kid judges will decide the winners.

Need pitching ideas? Looking for how the pros do it? Join us for popcorn, a little relaxation mid-Startup Week, and an engaging hour of watching a streaming episode of Shark Tank. All ages are welcome to attend, relax is bean bag chairs, share ideas, and yell at the judges (though they won’t be able to hear you on TV).
