Finding Popportunity—Exploring Flavors, Methods, and Ingredients in the Food and Beverage Industry

Interested in opening a restaurant, catering business, or packaged food sales? This workshop will explore how to select and start a food-based business that edges out the competition. Participants will learn about efficiencies, uniformity, packaging, shelf life, differentiation, ingredient quality, and more as they navigate their own experiment in creating artisan popcorn! All participants will have a completed and packaged popcorn flavor, complete with branding, to take home! Ages 8-14; $10 registration fee to cover the cost of materials.
