Hill may be the newest member of the Young Americans Bank Board, but he is certainly not new to banking. With more than 25 years in the industry, Hill currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Bankers’ Bank of the West where he oversees financial reporting, liquidity and funding, and information security and technology. Hill’s experience has fueled his passion for financial education because, “Financial decisions impact everyone daily regardless of your age, background, or profession. The benefit of providing education earlier in the life of a young person’s life that may not otherwise have access to financial education is incalculable and promotes greater economic inclusivity.”
