Girl Scouts Badge Classes

Girl Scouts earn a badge and learn how to spend Girl Scout Cookie money wisely

Young Americans has taught kids about money for more than 30 years and is excited to partner with Girl Scouts of Colorado to offer Girl Scouts Badge Classes! These classes fulfill requirements for official Girl Scouts badges.

We’ve moved all of our Girl Scouts classes to an online platform, watch at your own pace!

Virtual lessons and games help Girl Scouts become financially savvy and gain a better understanding of money, budgeting, or philanthropy. Each semester we offer a different badge class to Girl Scouts from Daisies through Cadettes. After browsing our class schedule below, you can register online. Girl Scout troops and individual Girl Scouts are invited to register. Please contact us for additional information about our unique Girl Scouts classes.

Time: Whenever works for you

Cost: $15 per Girl Scout which includes class materials and badges which will be mailed to you.

Registration: Girl Scout Classes are offered on Google Classroom and require a Google account. Please contact Amanda Krische at akrische@yacenter.org for questions or assistance registering.

Registration and Payment

Young Americans Center for Financial Education utilizes an online registration system for Girl Scouts Badge Classes.

If this is your first class with us, click the green Register button below. Then your first step will be to click “New Family Enrollment” to create a new account for your family. This will allow you to save your progress, make changes, and easily register for classes in the future.

If your Girl Scout has participated in a prior Money Matters Class, Summer Camp, or YouthBiz Workshop, login to the Parent Dashboard here.

Once you have registered on Campsite you must contact Amanda Krische (akrische@yacenter.org) to request materials and access to the Google Classroom.
