Summer Camp Important Information

Before you register your child for Summer Camp at Young Americans Center, please read through the important information below.

Governor Polis has approved in-person summer camps to operate starting June 1st as long as they comply with restrictions and strong precautionary measures. We will follow all guidelines as directed by the state.

Registration is limited for June and July in-person camps. Please contact Registration at for eligible camps and dates.

In-person camps running in August are open for registration here.

Families can cancel up to two weeks before the start of an in-person camp to receive a full refund.

The Center has announced exciting Virtual Programs for those wanting at-home options.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Families may cancel with a full refund up to two weeks prior to the start of a Summer Camp.  Any cancellations made within two weeks prior to the start of a Summer Camp are not refundable and no refund will be issued.  However, a certificate valid for 50% off of the cost of a future enrollment for one individual will be issued.  To make any changes or to cancel registration, written notice is required and should be provided to Jeremy Ollie,  If Young Americans cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

Parent Dashboard

In the Young Americans Center Summer Camp Parent Dashboard, parents/guardians can:

  • update camper information
  • add, modify, or remove individuals authorized for pick-up
  • read about daily activities in Camp Today
  • enroll in additional camps
  • and much, much more!

Week-long programs are $250.

Prices are subject to change, and camps offered by third-party organizations  charge different prices.

Daily Times

Programs run Monday-Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., and Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Supervised drop-off starts at 8:30 a.m. Supervised pick-up is Monday-Thursday until 4:30 p.m., and Friday until 3:30 p.m.


Daily program activities build upon each other, so attendance every day is strongly encouraged.

Age of Participants

Each program is grade-specific, so participants must have completed one of the suggested grades in order to enroll.


Participants will be assigned to a focus group that will meet at the beginning and end of each day.  If your child is attending camp with a friend and is interested in being in the same group, please note that on your registration.  A snack and drink will be provided each day, but participants may bring their own snack if desired.  Candy and other treats may be awarded in some activities.  All snacks and drinks are peanut free.  Participants must bring a sack lunch each day that doesn’t require a microwave.
