Description: Do you have a business and you’re ready to make it official? We’ll go through a 3-step method to making your business official. You’ll learn about the ways to figure out if your business name has been taken or not, how to protect your brand, and about different business structures. By the end of this 3-week series, you’ll have the know-how of business registration in the State of Colorado.
In our second session of the Let’s Make It Official series, let’s get down to it! Once you’ve taken all measures to secure a name, now it’s time to register your business, but how? There are so many business structures: LLC, Partnership, Sole Proprietorship. What does it all mean? What would work best for you? We’ll be going through all that information in this session.
