Burger Biz Workshop in Collaboration with Park Burger

Do you love a great burger? Have you always thought you could create a burger masterpiece?  This workshop, which runs the full week of September 17, will give participants a window into the world of the restaurant industry.  Members of the restaurant industry in Denver will serve as facilitators, guest speakers, and judges to take participants through the process of menu design, from concept creation to financing and cost analysis to marketing and branding to pitching an idea to investors.  The top three finalists will have their burgers made by Park Burger during the finale event at Park Burger RiNo on Saturday, September 22.  All participants are invited to the finale and will receive discounts and goodies.  The winning burger will be featured as the Burger of the Month for October! Ages 12-18; snacks will be provided each session.
