Patent Pending—If, When, and How You Should Explore Patents and Trademarks

Have you ever wondered if you could protect your great idea from copycats?  Intellectual property is a tricky concept made even more complex if you don’t know the options available.  This workshop, facilitated by the US Patent and Trademark Office, will cover if, when, and how to navigate the patent and trademark process.  After the presentation, participants will have a chance to consult with a USPTO representative about specific business questions related to patents and trademarks.  Ages 6-21.
