YouthBiz Workshop: Create a Business Plan

If you’ve always wanted to own a business but weren’t sure how to start, this workshop is for you!  During this one day workshop, participants will work their way through creating a real-life business plan!  No need to even have an idea—we will help you with that!  Participants will learn how to create a SWOT analysis, market analysis, and financial analysis of their business idea while also considering operations, staffing, and marketing.  By the completion of this workshop, participants will have a working business plan that can be taken to investors or used as a guide for business development.  No matter where you are in your business, having a plan is critical for success!  Ages 10-18; This workshop also satisfies the Entrepreneurship Merit Badge for the Boy Scouts of America.
