Young Americans Center for Financial Education offers a Teacher Orientation to every teacher participating in the International Towne program. Teachers should schedule an International Towne Teacher Orientation or watch a Refresher webinar at least two months prior to attending International Towne.  Teacher Orientations are included with the cost of program registration. Girl Scout Badge Class: Brownies Philanthropist Badge

Participants who attend this class will be guided through the steps necessary to earn their Philanthropist badge.  Girls will discuss the differences between needs vs. wants and will learn why it is important to share with others.  They will define the term “philanthropist” and will come up with ways that they can share their time, talent and treasure with others.
