Description: Now that you have your business idea, it is time to turn that idea into a plan! In this second session, participants will dive into marketing strategy, financial analysis and some next steps/ resources. By the completion of this workshop, participants will have a working business plan that can be taken to investors or used as a guide for business development. Create a Business Plan Part 1 is a prerequisite to attending this workshop.
