Think your gingerbread house-building skills are good? Are they good enough to build Young Americans!?
Last night, the staff of Young Americans competed in teams to build their favorite aspect of the organization. Here were the judging criteria:
- Creativity
- Attention to detail
- Assortment of candy included
Members of the Youth Advisory Board examined every creation and selected the winners.
Can you guess which design won?
The ATM machine with (green gummy bear) cash falling out of it.
The reception desk – complete with printer, phone, and line of eager kids in front.
The Snack Shoppe from Young AmeriTowne. You can see the soda fountain, chairs at the counter, and a long line of 5th graders eager for ice cream.
The bank vault – including the turnstile lock, the desks, paper work, and staff member replicas.
The “Young Americans Experience” – the full tour from front door, to Bill Daniels bust, to opening an account, to yanking on the coin pulleys.
Which is your favorite? If you were part of the contest, what aspect of Young Americans would you build?
