Young Americans is excited to announce that applications for Celebration for Young Entrepreneurs, Colorado’s largest competition for youth business owners are now open! Finalists and winners receive CASH prizes ($250-$1,000), to use towards operating or improving their business. Plus, winners are paired with a MENTOR, a successful Denver business person, to help guide their business strategy.
Young Americans knows that Colorado is full of brilliant, creative, hardworking young people running their own businesses and we think that’s worth celebrating. The application has been carefully considered and updated this year to better highlight your amazing business narratives to the judges.
Have you ever wanted your business reviewed by adult educators, professionals, and entrepreneurs who will give you feedback that will help you grow and flourish? Every applicant receives comprehensive consideration and feedback by distinguished leaders in the community who serve as judges. The winning business in each category receives $1,000 and is paired with an adult business mentor. Last year our winners and mentors created amazing bonds and are brainstorming ways to grow their companies. Two finalists in each age category are awarded $250. The deadline to complete an application is June 5, 2016.
Winners and finalists will be announced and showcased at the Celebration for Young Entrepreneurs: Spotlight on YouthBiz Stars event on September 22, 2016.
