Vail? Colorado Springs? Durango? Sure – we’ve had students from these places come to Young AmeriTowne to get a unique and fun experience. But Texas? New York? Korea? We’ve never had anyone come that far before!
Last week we hosted a junior camp of Young AmeriTowne. These 2nd-4th graders learned about banking, finance, supply and demand, and how to budget their paycheck. There were three summer campers who came to Young AmeriTowne from outside Colorado — and they came JUST for the unique Young AmeriTowne experience!
Texas and New York
Jade and Carson are cousins who were excited to spend a week together in Colorado. They came to visit their aunt, but Jade got a surprise when she and Carson were dropped off at a kid-sized town! Coming to Young AmeriTowne was a surprise, but she quickly got into the swing of things. Watch this fun video to hear about what these two have learned and what they’re looking forward to.

Korea
Dennis is visiting his cousin Joon in the United States for a few weeks. The two boys attended Young AmeriTowne summer camp together last week. Dennis was really excited to participate in Young AmeriTowne to learn about the economy of the U.S. Watch the video here to get their take on the experience.
