FirstBank has been a community bank since their founding in Lakewood, Colorado in 1963. Today, they have over 100 locations throughout Colorado, Arizona and California, as well as one very special branch: the Towne Bank in our Lakewood Young AmeriTowne location.
Beyond providing impactful products and services, FirstBank has maintained a strong focus on community service and charitable involvement since its inception, donating more than $85 million and thousands of volunteer hours to community organizations since 2000.
They work hard to create an inclusive and equitable world within and outside their organization. One of the bank’s many “banking for good” initiatives is helping to provide financial education resources to historically underserved populations. Young Americans Center has been a proud partner on this mission with FirstBank since 2007. Together, these organizations work to educate Colorado students on everything from budgeting and saving to managing credit.
