Last month we started a new series called “On the Road Diaries,” which gives you a behind-the-scenes perspective to our newest program, Young AmeriTowne On the Road. This traveling, pop-up version of our flagship free enterprise program has been a hit around the state.
Most recently we served schools for 19 days in Pueblo, Colorado. The community was incredibly welcoming of our program and our staff, and we loved working with the students. Many of the students had heard a few things about Young AmeriTowne, but the program really exceeded their expectations. Still others were completely brand-new to the program and couldn’t stop exclaiming their excitement.
My colleague, Cody Brennan, and I enjoyed our time in Pueblo (even though it was incredibly cold for many days while we were there!). Check out this video I made to get a little glimpse behind the scenes of how our experience went. We had a lot of fun with it!
