When students visit Young AmeriTowne on their special occasion, the trip is made extra special because of Fun Services! One of the busiest shops in Young AmeriTowne is the warehouse, which is sponsored by Fun Services. The employees here stock bins and deliver products to many of the Young AmeriTowne businesses.
Each shop that sells products receives two product shipments per day – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Selling out of a product shows the kids that they underestimated the demand for their products, or that they didn’t set their prices high enough to meet demand. This practice, ties closely with the state aligned Young AmeriTowne curriculum, which has a chapter focused on supply and demand. Supply and demand is perhaps one of the most fundamental concepts of economics and it is the backbone of a market economy.
Most of the products sold by each of the shops are supplied by Fun Services. These special toys stimulate the economy at both our Cherry Creek and Belmar locations. These work activity enhancements help keep the 25,000 students who visit Young AmeriTowne each year, engaged and excited about their day in Young AmeriTowne.
