Business Law -Reboot (Ages 11- 16 years)

This workshop will provide a basic overview of some of the main legal issues that entrepreneurs face in the early stages of starting a business.  We’ll talk about what it means to form a business entity, what the advantages are, and how one goes about doing it.  We’ll also provide a basic introduction to intellectual property, the law of contracts, laws governing the employment of other kids and more.  Associate Attorneys from Davis, Graham & Stubbs LLP will be taking questions as well.
